Responsibilities:

Identify and research potential influencers who align with our brand and target audience.
Develop and maintain relationships with influencers through effective communication and collaboration.
Coordinate influencer marketing campaigns from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
Negotiate terms, contracts, and compensation with influencers, while staying within budget.
Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media algorithms, and influencer marketing best practices.
Plan and execute creative influencer activations, giveaways, and partnerships to drive brand awareness and sales.
Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate influencer content into our overall marketing strategy.
Track and report on key performance metrics, including reach, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in influencer marketing or related roles, preferably within the beauty, cosmetic, or e-commerce industry.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends, with an eye for identifying rising influencers.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to establish and maintain strong relationships with influencers.
Creativity in developing unique influencer campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple influencer partnerships and campaigns simultaneously.
Familiarity with cosmetic products and trends is a plus.
A passion for beauty, cosmetics, and staying ahead of the curve in the industry.
Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
