Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Trainer to join our team. This role will involve training new recruits and developing essential technical skills, including welding, fabrication, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) work. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial training with a focus on hands-on skill development, safety protocols, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and deliver training programs focused on welding, fabrication, and MEP skills for new and existing employees.
• Conduct practical training sessions in line with company standards and industry best practices.
• Assess trainees' skill levels and provide feedback to support their growth and improvement.
• Collaborate with the production and QA/QC teams to ensure alignment between training objectives and operational requirements.
• Develop training materials, manuals, and instructional guides tailored to Jahsteel's fabrication and quality standards.
• Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure all training activities are compliant with health, safety, and quality regulations.
• Provide support and mentorship to trainees, fostering a positive learning environment.

Qualifications :

• Certification or diploma in welding, fabrication, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in welding, fabrication, or MEP work, with at least 2 years in a training or instructional role.
• Strong understanding of quality standards and safety protocols in the fabrication industry.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to assess and adapt training methods to fit varied skill levels.
• Proficiency in instructional techniques and the ability to convey technical concepts effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
