Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Sales Strategy Development:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the industrial products segment.

Client Acquisition & Management:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage key client relationships, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Market Analysis:

Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.

Product Knowledge:

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Nilkamal's industrial products, features, and benefits to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.

Sales Targets:

Set and achieve sales targets in alignment with the company's objectives and growth plans.

Reporting:

Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to market challenges and opportunities.

Negotiation & Closing:

Lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the client.

Customer Feedback:

Collect and analyze customer feedback to drive improvements and innovation in product offerings and sales strategies.

Qualifications:



Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of total experience in sales within the industrial products sector.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.

Skills:

Proven track record of achieving sales targets, strong negotiation skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strategic mindset.

Knowledge:

Familiarity with industrial products and market dynamics.
