We are expanding our team and seeking a motivated Industrial Refrigeration Sales Engineer to drive business growth.

### Job Details
Position: Industrial Refrigeration Sales Engineer
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in technical sales (industrial equipment/refrigeration preferred)
Age Preference: Preferably aged between 35-45 (to align with team dynamics and client engagement needs)
Salary: Competitive base + commission + performance bonuses (negotiable based on experience)

### Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute sales strategies for industrial refrigeration systems, components, and tailored solutions to achieve sales targets.
2. Identify and engage potential clients (B2B), build long-term relationships with key accounts, and maintain existing customer partnerships.
3. Collaborate with technical teams to provide clients with product recommendations, system design support, and project proposals.
4. Manage the entire sales cycle, including bidding, contract negotiation, delivery coordination, and post-sales follow-up.
5. Monitor market trends, analyze competitor activities, and adjust sales approaches to maintain a competitive edge.
6. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and actionable insights for management review.

### Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration, HVAC, Business, or related fields.
- Experience:
- 5+ years of proven experience in technical sales, preferably within industrial refrigeration, HVAC, or heavy machinery sectors.
- Strong track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals and managing large-scale projects.

- Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and deliver client-focused solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Other:
- Willingness to travel frequently (up to 50% of time).
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
