Responsible for designing and developing compressor rack system
Responsible for designing and developing industrial refrigeration system with ammonia/ freon refrigerant.
Key Skills:
• Engineering Knowledge: Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, especially thermal engineering, fluid dynamics, and material science.
• CAD Software Proficiency: Expertise in using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA) for design and modeling.
• Thermodynamic Calculations: Ability to perform complex calculations related to heat transfer, pressure, and flow rates.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address design challenges and optimize system performance.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of designs and adherence to specifications.
• Refrigeration System Design: Design and develop refrigeration systems, including selecting appropriate components such as compressors, condensers, evaporators, and piping.
• Documentation: Prepare detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, user manuals, and maintenance guidelines.
• R&D Activities: Engage in research and development to explore new technologies, materials, and methods for improving refrigeration system performance and sustainability.
Qualifications:
• Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering required.
• Experience: 3 years of experience in designing and developing compressor package design.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the specific requirements and standards of the industries where screw compressors are used, such as oil and gas, manufacturing, or HVAC.
