We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Industrial Nurse. Support the health and safety of employees. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care in an industrial setting and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Industrial Nurse Responsibilities & Duties.
- Conduct regular health assessments, screenings, and immunizations for employees
- Provide first aid and emergency care as necessary
- Monitor and manage employee illnesses and injuries, including referral to appropriate medical specialists as needed
- Develop and implement health and safety programs, including ergonomics assessments, injury prevention, and health promotion initiatives
- Conduct training sessions for employees on health and safety topics
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records for all employees
- Stay current with industry developments and regulations, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and standards
- Collaborate with other health and safety professionals, such as occupational health physicians and safety engineers, to ensure a safe and healthy work environment
- Bachelor\'s degree in Nursing
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- 2 years of Visa and Health insurance
- Food and Accommodation + Transportations
- Bachelor\'s (Required)
- nursing: 2 years (Preferred)
- DOH (Required)
