Hexcel is currently seeking an Industrial Engineer for our Casablanca, Morocco location.

The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations: Ensure production area process are running respecting EHS rules and improve them Monitors operations with an eye toward improving productivity and efficiency Designs efficient production processes and workflows, and ensures that processes are designed to ensure that products meet quality standards Reduces waste, addresses production issues, and review production schedules, processes, and specifications Evaluates data to implement technological improvements in production processes Implements controls to monitor costs and minimize production issues Works with other departments to develop and design production standards, and generates process documentation and reports Prepares production KPI analysis and develop/follow action plans Improve daily direction setting in operation in a continuous improvement mindset With engineering department review plant layout to ensure optimized flow in production work cell Helps to develop instruction manuals for production personnel, and support on training, coaching and developing them

Qualifications: 2-5 years of experience in similar roles Advanced knowledge of production machinery, processes and standards Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Strong communication and presentation abilities Troubleshooting expertise and attention to detail Good knowledge of lean manufacturing and operational excellence Engineering degree
