Asnani Steel Industries LLC is a leading provider of high-quality steel products in the UAE. We seek an experienced and reliable Industrial Electrician who plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of electrical systems within a pipe and tube manufacturing facility. This position involves installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical components and systems critical to the manufacturing process and ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Install and maintain wiring, control systems, and lighting systems.

2. Identify and diagnose electrical problems using various testing devices and tools.

3. Regularly inspect electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers, to ensure proper functionality.

4. Quickly address and fix electrical breakdowns during production to minimize downtime.

5. Ensure all work adheres to ISO 9001:2015 procedures and standards.

6. Install, repair, and maintain electrical parts of industrial equipment, with specific knowledge of tube mill operating equipment.

7. Demonstrate expertise in working with solid-state heat induction equipment and troubleshooting related issues.

8. Repair and troubleshoot both control card and electrically operated overhead cranes.

9. Possess a good understanding of electrical drawings and control boards for effective system management.

10. Wire and install electrical panels, circuits, and control systems, and replace faulty wiring, components, and fixtures.

11. Perform emergency repairs on electrical systems and machinery as needed.

12. Conduct root cause analysis to identify underlying issues and implement effective solutions.

13. Test electrical components and systems to verify proper operation and ensure safety.

14. Document maintenance and repair work, including any adjustments or upgrades made.

15. Work closely with maintenance and engineering personnel to coordinate repairs and upgrades.

16. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members about project status, issues, and solutions.

17. Provide guidance and training to junior electricians or apprentices as required.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience working as an industrial electrician, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Experience with electrical systems specific to pipe or tube manufacturing processes is highly beneficial.

Proven experience in troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems, including PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), sensors, and motor controls.

Hands-on experience with preventative and predictive maintenance programs.

Experience installing and configuring electrical systems, machinery, and control panels used in manufacturing.

Experience adhering to safety standards and practices.
