Key Responsibilities:
Design & Development: Create 3D models and technical drawings for modular components and assemblies using SolidWorks optimizing designs for manufacturing and assembly. Collaboration: Work closely with engineers architects and the production team to ensure designs meet feasibility and project requirements. Prototyping & Testing: Support the prototyping and testing of modular components refining designs based on performance feedback. Continuous Improvement: Propose and implement design improvements to enhance efficiency sustainability and ease of assembly. Documentation: Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications for manufacturing and assembly.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Industrial Design Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience with SolidWorks preferably in modular or prefabricated construction. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SolidWorks with a thorough understanding of design for manufacturing (DFM) and materials selection.
