Job Description
We are seeking a talented Industrial Designer with expertise in SolidWorks to join our modular construction team. You will design and develop modular components and systems, ensuring functionality, manufacturability, and innovation in modular construction solutions.xc2xb7 Design & Development:
Create 3D models and technical drawings for modular components and assemblies using SolidWorks, ensuring designs are optimized for manufacturing and assembly.xc2xb7 Collaboration:
Work closely with engineers, architects, and the production team to ensure designs are feasible and meet project requirements.xc2xb7 Prototyping & Testing:
Support prototyping and testing of modular components, refining designs based on performance feedback.xc2xb7 Continuous Improvement:
Propose and implement design improvements that enhance efficiency, sustainability, and ease of assembly in modular systems.xc2xb7 Documentation:
Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications for manufacturing and assembly.Desired Candidate Profilexc2xb7 Education:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.xc2xb7 Experience:
2+ years of experience with SolidWorks, preferably in modular or prefabricated construction.xc2xb7 Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in SolidWorks, with a solid understanding of design for manufacturing (DFM) and materials selection.xc2xb7 Soft Skills:
