C3 Automation is seeking a talented Industrial Automation Support Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in supporting well-known OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) in PLC, HMI, VFD, Motors, and Gateways configuration. This is a junior role that will involve supporting the sales team for pre-sales and after-sales activities, building and testing Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and providing hands-on support for industrial automation projects.

Responsibilities:

Support the sales team for pre-sales activities, including technical discussions, solution presentations, and proposal development.

Provide after-sales support, including troubleshooting, technical assistance, and customer training.

Build and test Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of proposed solutions.

Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and provide customized solutions.

Provide hands-on support for PLC, HMI, VFD, Motors, Gateways, and other industrial automation components.

Have a strong technical knowledge of industrial automation protocols, such as Modbus, Profibus, and Ethernet/IP.

Knowledge about IoT/IIoT is preferred, and knowledge about Industry 4.0 concepts is an advantage.

Experience in both process and discrete automation projects is a must.

Be a team player and collaborate effectively with colleagues and customers.

Capable of handling customer queries directly and providing timely and effective solutions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in supporting well-known OEMs in PLC, HMI, VFD, Motors, and Gateways configuration.

Hands-on experience with Siemens, Schneider, Rockwell PLC, HMI, Drives, SCADA OEMs.

Strong technical knowledge of industrial automation protocols and standards.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Fluency in English; Arabic language skills will be an advantage.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
