Job Description

ndoor site co-ordinator:

• Co-ordinate with site supervisors to plan and manage maintenance and new installation activities.
• Ensure clear communication of work timelines, requirements, and updates.
• Monitor the progress of site activities and address any issues promptly.
• Schedule and assign technicians for various site activities, including installations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Ensure that technicians are adequately prepared with necessary tools and information for each job.
• Manage the daily and weekly schedules to optimize efficiency and resource allocation.
• Organize and prepare materials required for each work order.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials to the site.
• Maintain an inventory of materials and ensure that stock levels are sufficient for upcoming projects.
• Conduct follow-up communications to ensure client satisfaction.
• Ensure that fabrication activities meet quality standards and project specifications.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
