Position: Indoor Sales Telecaller (Female)
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of experience in the UAE
Location: Ajman

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company products and services.
• Respond to inbound inquiries and provide information regarding products, services, and promotions.
• Maintain an updated database of customer information and call records.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
• Address customer queries and handle complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Coordinate with the sales team to schedule appointments or follow-ups.
• Stay informed about the company's products, services, and market trends.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

• Female candidate with a minimum of 2 years of telecalling or indoor sales experience in the UAE.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English; additional languages (e.g., Arabic or Hindi) are an advantage.
• Ability to handle customer objections and convert leads into sales.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and results-driven.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in [industry-Windows Blinds and curtains Products/services, or general sales].
• Strong network and knowledge of the local market.
