We are seeking a dynamic and presentable Sales Lady with a flair for customer service to join our team!
Responsibilities include:
• Interacting with clients and processing orders.
• Preparing quotations, invoices, delivery notes, and packing lists.
• Coordinating with the production team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Managing customer correspondence and ensuring excellent service.
• Handling export documentation and uploading documents on the customs portal.
Ideal Candidate:
• Aggressive and goal-driven with a proactive approach.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Prior experience in sales and customer service will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge in MS Office
