Job Description

Creative Vision Textiles LLC, a leading manufacturer of high-quality Labels and Garments, is seeking a dynamic and driven Indoor Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales, building relationships with clients, and promoting our products. Key Responsibilities

:

Sales and Customer Service

:
Engage with prospective clients (both B2B and B2C) via phone, email, or in-person, providing information about our custom labels and solutions. Close sales by offering tailored product recommendations based on client needs.

Product Knowledge

:
Gain in-depth knowledge of Creative Vision Textiles' products, including fabric labels, care labels, hang tags, and other textile labeling solutions. Stay informed on new product offerings and industry trends.

Lead Generation and Follow-Up

:
Identify potential leads through research, inbound inquiries, and referrals. Follow up with prospects to build strong relationships and convert them into loyal customers.

Customer Support

:
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Work to build long-term relationships with clients in the textile and garment industry.

Sales Reporting

:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in CRM systems. Track individual sales performance and report progress toward monthly and quarterly goals.

Collaboration with Teams

:
Work closely with the marketing and production teams to ensure clients' needs are met and orders are processed efficiently. Provide feedback to enhance product offerings and sales strategies.

Achieving Sales Targets

:
Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company. Focus on growing customer base, increasing repeat business, and contributing to overall company success.

Qualifications

:

Proven experience of minimum one year in sales or customer service, preferably in the textile or manufacturing sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present product information clearly. Sales-driven, with a proactive approach to generating leads and closing sales. Ability to work independently and within a team. Experience with Microsoft Office suite A high school diploma or equivalent
