The Indoor Sales Executive Preferably Russian Speaker
is responsible for managing sales activities and building relationships with customers from within the company's premises. This role involves handling customer inquiries, providing product information, and closing sales deals. The Indoor Sales Executive will work closely with the marketing team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide detailed information about our products and services to potential and existing customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.
