Managing the business on marketplace channels like (Amazon), and noon.com, which includes product listing and cataloging, management of seller accounts, dealing with category managers, customer returns, designing promotional deals and offers, and handling customer complaints, logistic control including product packing, etc.
Managing operations like order processing, invoicing, inventory control, stock transfers, and preparing orders.
Generation and analysis of key sales reports in order to gain insight on product performance, identify potential sale improvement areas, etc.
Creating, updating, and managing performance forecasts and marketing budgets.
Developing and leading short and long-term eCommerce strategies to grow revenue and increase conversion rate.
Evaluate all-new online professional opportunities and recommend ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Handle customer inquiries/complaints through online customer support chat (online chat).
Prepare received orders for dispatching to Customers.
Any other relevant task as assigned.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
