Job Description

Lead Management

: Handle incoming inquiries from potential clients and convert them into sales.Identify and reach out to potential bulk buyers.

Product Knowledge

: Provide detailed information on refurbished laptop models, specs, and warranties.

Sales Calls

: Follow up on leads through phone calls and emails, guiding clients through the purchasing process.

Order Processing

: Take client orders, prepare quotes, and ensure accurate order details.

Customer Relationship

: Build and maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business.

Negotiation

: Offer pricing, promotions, and bulk discounts to close deals with clients.

Sales Reporting

: Track sales performance and report on progress to management.

Customer Support

: Address client questions and concerns about products or orders.

Inventory Management

: Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure availability and timely delivery.

Market Awareness

: Stay informed about trends in the refurbished laptop market to better serve clients.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Sharjah: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
Experience:
