Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated

Indoor Sales Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, generating sales, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to close deals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist customers by providing product information and guidance. Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-in clients. Follow up on leads and convert them into sales. Maintain a database of clients and update sales records. Work towards achieving monthly and yearly sales targets. Address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions. Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for promotions and order processing.

Requirements:



Previous experience in indoor sales or a related field is preferred. Excellent communication skills in

English and Hindi

. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Basic knowledge of computers and CRM software is an advantage. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Customer-focused and result-oriented approach.
