Job Title: Showroom Sales Executive

Requirements:

- Native Arabic speaker

- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Showroom Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers. As a Showroom Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales, providing product knowledge, and ensuring our showroom meets the highest standards of presentation and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing detailed product information and guidance based on their needs and preferences.
• Sales Generation: Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement with customers, understanding their requirements, and recommending suitable products.
• Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of our product range to effectively communicate features, benefits, and options to customers.
• Showroom Maintenance: Ensure the showroom is well-presented, clean, and stocked with current products and marketing materials.
• Order Processing: Accurately process sales orders, handle customer payments, and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, providing exceptional post-sale support.
• Feedback and Reporting: Gather customer feedback and share insights with the sales and marketing teams to improve product offerings and customer experience.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and management to achieve team goals and contribute to a positive working environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a showroom or retail environment.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to persuade and negotiate.
• Customer Focused: Passion for providing exceptional customer service and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Product Knowledge: Ability to learn and retain detailed product information.
• Technology Savvy: Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.
• Appearance: Presentable and professional appearance.
