The Indoor Sales Coordinator in the Fire and Safety industry is responsible for supporting the sales team, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring timely order processing. This role involves coordinating with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver fire and safety products and services effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries related to fire and safety products.
• Provide quotes, product details, and assist in order processing.
• Maintain and update customer records and order status.
• Coordinate with suppliers for product availability and delivery.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and product standards.
• Support sales representatives with product information and documentation.
• Track sales orders and resolve issues with shipments or product quality.
