Spearhead sourcing of a portfolio of indirect categories.
Develop category strategies, including market and industry analysis.
Lead and manage the RFX, RFP process.
Run spend reports and capture full addressable spend
Prepare annual procurement plans with stakeholders and plan strategic sourcing events and estimated financial efficiencies aligning with global objectives
Establish and maintain supplier relationships and facilitate periodic business reviews to continually identify process improvements and cost reduction opportunities.
Establish beneficial working relationships with various internal groups across the organization including partner programs, regional/country offices, legal, finance, and others.
Prepare analyses of spend data, category supplier bases, and cost models.
Manage complex projects from conception through implementation, including change management.
Assist in development financial analytics to support commercial term negotiations with performance dashboards and ROI based evaluation tools
Manage contracts during drafting, negotiation, signature and managing supplier performance along the contract term.
Support other ad hoc projects as needed
Lead vendor management team achieving lower suppliers onboarding lead time, and enhancing supplier\'s performance
Lead contracts management team owning full visibility and management of company\'s contracts trackers and repository while working to extend, negotiate and tender expiring contracts

Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, such as MS words & Excel.
Good time management and organizational skills
Very good command in English language
Education: BA Industrial Engineer, Finance, Business administration, logistics or any related field
Certified CIPS (MCIPS or working towards MCIPS) is preferred
6-10 Years\' experience in strategic sourcing and procurement of assigned categories as well running procurement operations, Vendor Management, Contracts Management and PO Administration.
SAP Ariba Knowledge (or equivalent) across SLP, P2P, Sourcing and Contracts Management Modules
Strong communication and project management to demonstrate project status, key actions, risks, and opportunities.
