Prepare and decorate dishes in an attractive and appetizing manner and taste the food before serving it to clients or customers
Supervises meal preparation and monitors cooking materials to ensure adherence to food quality and safety standards
He supervises the stored food materials to ensure the proper storage method and follows up on their expiration periods and available quantities.
Supervising all stages of food preparation by studying recipes and preparing menus and various dishes
Ability to delegate tasks to the kitchen team to ensure that meals are prepared in a timely manner
The chef must be familiar with healthy food preparation procedures and experience using advanced cooking techniques and unconventional ingredients to prepare and present a menu that helps gain customer satisfaction and trust.
