Urgently required a Indian Chef for our Cloud Kitchen in Al Ain ( Indians Preferred )

Job Details

• Cook hot food items, including meats, vegetables, sauces, and other items as assigned.
• Cook Indian and Chinese Dishes
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications
• Cooking and Assembly:
• Cook and prepare ingredients
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively.
• Quality Control:
• Ensure all food produced meets the highest standards of quality and freshness.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas.
• Stock Management:
• Assist in stock rotation and management, ensuring ingredients are properly stored and used before expiration.
• Notify the manager of any shortages or discrepancies in supplies.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with other chefs and manager to ensure efficient operation and smooth service.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and manager.
• Adherence to Health and Safety Standards:
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and regulations.
• Maintain personal hygiene and cleanliness in the workplace.
• Flexibility and Initiative:
• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as assigned by supervisors.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to kitchen operations and teamwork.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a restaurant and kitchen environment is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Must know to read and write English
• Arabic speaking is a plus
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in food preparation.
