Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and Cook Indian Dishes : Cook a variety of Indian dishes such as curries, biryanis, rotis, dosas, parathas, etc., using traditional cooking methods and recipes.
• Menu Planning : Assist in planning the daily menu, ensuring a variety of dishes are available to meet customer preferences.
• Food Presentation : Ensure that food is prepared and presented in a visually appealing manner, following restaurant standards.
• Maintain Cleanliness : Adhere to hygiene and cleanliness standards in the kitchen, ensuring proper sanitation of work surfaces and utensils.
• Inventory Management : Monitor stock levels of ingredients and supplies, and report any shortages or quality concerns to the kitchen manager.
• Ensure Quality : Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation by following recipes and portion control guidelines.
• Customer Satisfaction : Respond to customer feedback and make adjustments to dishes as necessary.
• Assist with Special Orders : Prepare dishes for special dietary needs or specific customer requests.
• Work with Kitchen Team : Collaborate with other chefs, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Training & Development : Provide guidance to junior kitchen staff, sharing knowledge of Indian cooking techniques.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
