We are seeking a talented and experienced Indian Cuisine Chef with expertise in various Indian culinary specialties, including biryani, snacks, sweets, bread, and grills. The ideal candidate should possess a deep knowledge of Indian spices, cooking techniques, and regional variations in Indian cuisine. As an Indian Cuisine Chef, you will be responsible for creating authentic and mouthwatering Indian dishes, maintaining kitchen operations, and ensuring the highest quality of food.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook a wide range of Indian dishes, including biryanis, snacks (e.g., samosas, pakoras), sweets (e.g., jalebi, gulab jamun), various Indian bread (e.g., naan, roti), and grills (e.g., tandoori chicken).
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
• Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management and ordering.
• Train and lead kitchen staff to ensure consistency in food preparation.
• Adhere to strict food safety and hygiene standards.
• Innovate and update the menu with new Indian dishes and fusion options.
• Collaborate with management to accommodate customer preferences and dietary requirements.
