Job Description

Reputed Catering companies in Dubai is looking for a Chef or Cook.
The candidate should have relevant experience in the UAE or their home country

Requirements:

• Ability to work well under pressure and within the time limit.
• Good knowledge of International cuisine.
• Prior experience in related food and beverage service and food preparation positions.
• Thorough experience with hot and cold food preparation.
• Good working knowledge of accepted sanitation standards and health codes.
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, etc.
• Able to handle work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment (e.g. grillers and pasta makers)
• Excellent physical condition and stamina.
• High school diploma or culinary school 2-4 year degree or foreign equivalency preferred.
• 2 years of work experience in a similar role
• Good understanding of food, health, and safety regulations
• Able to work holidays and weekends
• Understandable level of English spoken and written

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
