: Inbound Warehouse Executive

Position Overview: The Inbound Warehouse Executive is responsible for managing the receipt and processing of incoming goods and overseeing the inventory management process, ensuring accuracy in stock levels, and maintaining an organized and efficient workflow. The executive will collaborate with various teams to optimize inbound operations and improve overall warehouse efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving Goods:
• Oversee the unloading of incoming shipments and verify the accuracy of received goods against purchase orders.
• Inspect products for quality and damage and coordinate returns or exchanges as necessary.

2. Dispatches:

Oversee the dispatch process for local trading and export shipments and verify the accuracy of goods against sales orders.

• Inventory Management:
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update systems with received items.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
• Data Entry and Reporting:
• Input data into inventory management systems and maintain comprehensive records.
• Generate and analyze reports on inventory levels, discrepancies, and operational performance.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with purchasing and logistics teams to coordinate the timely receipt of goods.
• Communicate with vendors regarding shipping schedules and issues related to received products.
• Process Improvement:
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in inbound operations.
• Train and supervise warehouse staff on receiving protocols and best practices.
• Safety and Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all warehouse activities.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

• Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations or inventory management.
• Working knowledge in Engineering and spare part storage area will be an added advantage.
• Previous experience in UAE industry is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
