Job Information


  • Service-oriented, independent processing of incoming customer inquiries (focus on telephone, chat, central email inquiries)
  • Independent processing of case-closing services according to the inbound range of services
  • Recognizing typical acquisition approaches and approaching customers accordingly with transfer and appointment scheduling to the responsible customer advisors
  • Appointment and callback agreements for our sales units
  • Arranging conversations with the responsible departments in the company
  • General information

Job Requirements

  • Completed Graduation
  • High service and customer orientation with the aim of offering our customers quick solutions
  • Knowledge of the standard product range for private customers
  • Resilience and motivation as well as a winning, self-confident charisma in telephone customer contact
  • Confident linguistic ability to express yourself (ideally in spoken and written form)
  • Positive attitude and willingness to take on new tasks and communication media
