We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Inbound and Outbound Operations Coordinator to join our team.

: The Inbound and Outbound Operations Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of inbound and outbound tour operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the travel and tourism industry, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage all inbound and outbound tour operations, including planning, booking, and execution of tours.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, including hotels, transport companies, and local tour guides.
• Ensure all tours are executed smoothly and meet the company's high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide comprehensive travel information and assistance.
• Prepare and manage tour itineraries, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date.
• Monitor and manage tour budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.
• Resolve any operational issues or challenges that arise during tours.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to promote tour packages and drive sales.
• Maintain accurate records of all tour operations and provide regular reports to management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve tour offerings and operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry, with a focus on tour operations.
• Proven experience in managing both inbound and outbound tour operations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using travel and booking software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented and customer-focused.
• Ability to handle pressure and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Knowledge of local and international travel regulations and guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a tourism company.
• Fluency in multiple languages.
• Familiarity with the UAE tourism market and Global destination

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
