Key Accountabilities
• Implement and operate IN and VAS platforms (SCP, SMSC, IVR, USSD, Voucher management System
• Implement new products and prices on the IN platform.
• Handling of customer complaints and suggesting solution for the resolution of complains within the defined SLA.
• Setup and operation of the interconnection with Du (PS & CS Core, MNP, Provisioning, VAS, TSD, NOC, Revenue Assurance, TSRM)
• Setup and operation of the integrations with the internal IT, reporting systems (BI, DWH) and Vendors/Partners (LP, Sinch, Workz, Sicap, Apple, Alpha Data, Infocom, TRA, Axiom)
• Application management of the Charging System and VAS platforms including upgrades and maintenance
• Participate in the preparation of new Network strategy and architecture.

Qualifications
• BS Computer Sciences
• Telcom experience of more than 15 Years
Experience:
• Hands on experience in the telecom fields: SS7, SIGTRAN, IN, Voucher management, Rating and charging, Diameter, SMSC, SMPP, XML, SIP
• High level Knowledge in mobile network elements: (MSC, HLR, VLR, GGSN, SGSN, SMSC)
• OS experience: Windows servers, Solaris, Redhat
Skills:
• Ability to plan, coordinate and prioritize activities.
• Experience in managing supplier/vendors relationships
• Distinct service orientation that helps to facilitate cooperation with other operators and the cross functional departments.
• Possess a strong performance and results orientation.
• Able to apply high level analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and analysis skills
• Creative, flexible, resilient, and fun to work with
• Sociable, Active, Flexible to work at nights as and when required.
• Fluent in English
