What will you be doing as a In Home Sales Consultant
• To complete on site or video inspections for International, Domestic and BR removals as required and assist clients in all aspects of moving using a full scope of marketing strategies to promote the Sirva brand
• Build and provide a detailed, accurate quotation to the client including details regarding the costs with consideration of removal volume, pack requirements and all client needs through appropriate margins, whilst upselling all services and products of the Company where possible.
• Follow up all quotations within 48 hours of sending to client and then negotiate prices of removals within appropriate margin levels to achieve confirmed sale.
• Utilize a variety of sales strategies including sales presentations, brochures and product & insurance materials to promote the Sirva brand.
• To promote the Transit Insurance product to all potential clients with full compliance to FSRA Regulations.
• To liaise with corporate account managers & other consultants, communicating corporate leads.
• To maintain a daily diary of activities that ensures appropriate scheduling of client appointments, sales activities & presentations (onsite & video).
• Liaise with Operations Manager to ascertain operational situation as required. Ensuring all required operational instructions and resources are entered and accurate focusing on special requirements to ensure customers furnishings are best protected.
• Ensure all operational risks (H & S) are clearly communicated noting difficult access, heavy items and high value items.
• Approximately 50-60% of time out of the office for surveys, rest of time from office or home.

• Interpersonal skills
• Previous sales experience in the industry or similar product/service
