Job Description
\xc2\xb7 - Experience in handling Import / Export Documentation \xc2\xb7 Knowledge in import/export transshipment procedures via air/ sea. \xc2\xb7 To be the point of contact for customers and transporters. \xc2\xb7 Coordinate and liaise with customers and agents. \xc2\xb7 Able to seek alternative solutions or provide value-added services to our customers so as to ensure the Goods are timely and effectively delivered. \xc2\xb7 Prepare, maintain and file the freight documentations accordingly. \xc2\xb7 Handling Estimated Time Arrival reports. \xc2\xb7 Preparing Purchase Summary \xc2\xb7 Preparing weekly report on pending supplier/customer orders. \xc2\xb7 Follow up with suppliers for shipping documents. \xc2\xb7 Order processing and updating the information into the system \xc2\xb7 Time-to-time updating the local and destination customs regulations Making daily, weekly and monthly google trackers Communicating international operations, vendor and other internal stakeholders Requirements - Education level: Bachelor / Master Degree
- Must have 2 to 3 years UAE experience in similar position.
- Must be proficient in ERP and MS-Office.
