You and your team will work with our key issuing partner\'s environment helping them to deliver digital capabilities which enable best in class customer experiences for their end users. 4 to 8 years experience leading and or overseeing implementation project deliveries
At least 3 years experience in management consulting firms, ideally with focus on large scale implementations, change management, processes optimization
Deep understanding and empathy of customer needs and commercial drivers
Technical competence to be able to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders, architects, UX practitioners and the development team essential
Working in Agile environments is valuable, specifically the Scrum framework
Able to keep pace with emerging technologies and genuine desire to be across new product designs and user experience trends
Experience of presenting in person and remotely to a range of stakeholders at all levels of an organization is desirable
Consumer banking, finance and or payments experience desirable
Experience with Financial and Banking institutions in digital product development
