The Implementation Manager will oversee and support the implementation of Foods Connected tools with our customers. This can be either Supplier Management & Quality Control tools or Trading & Planning tools, or a combination of all three. This would also include future areas of the business such as Trace Connected, Data Connected or any other new tools or functions we develop. Whilst working with a customer, the Implementation Manager will become an extended arm of our customers team to help and ensure we continue to keep their business ahead of the market.

The Implementation Manager will oversee and support the implementation of Foods Connected tools with our customers. This would also include future areas of the business such as Trace Connected, Data Connected or any other new tools or functions we develop. Whilst working with a customer, the Implementation Manager will become an extended arm of our customers team to help and ensure we continue to keep their business ahead of the market.
In this role, you will work with front-line users to understand their needs and ensure tools are configured accordingly. You will conduct business process analysis, gathering and documenting system requirements and business decisions. You will also assist with implementation tasks such as facilitating workshops, configuring & cleansing data, and supporting customers in their use of the system.
Openness to travel in this role, is key to successfully helping our clients solve their toughest problems and implement solutions to improve their operations.
RESPONSBILITIES:
Project Management:
• Collaboration with the Software Development Team and Head of Business to determine what will be included in the development plan for new business.
• Own the communication and execution of solution hand-over to client services, service delivery, technology, and other team members at designated milestones.
• Test new system developments, review, and recommend changes to development team.
• Development of strategies and structures from previous experience to help streamline Foods Connected processes and operations as the business grows.
Business Development:
• Ownership of client relationships from project conception through to project completion and future development.
• Identifying new opportunities within existing client portfolios.
• Development of the company's business development and sales strategy with key accounts.
• Leading Proposals / Statements of Work for core functionality.
• Assist the Business Development team with product demonstrations to new customers.
• Consults with customers or other departments on project status, proposals, or technical issues, such as software system design or maintenance.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Bachelor's degree in related field and 4 years relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous experience in one or more of the following areas: audit, supply chain, technical & quality, or factory floor operations.
• Knowledge of software solutions utilised across the Food Industry.
• Microsoft: 365 Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
