Job Description

Job Purpose:

To have extensive experience in ERP systems, CRM systems, etc. and will be responsible for working closely with department heads to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. This role will involve system configuration, requirement gathering, and user training to ensure that solutions meet the business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with departments to gather and analyze business requirements. Provide recommendations for system configuration and process improvements. Configure software solutions according to business/department specifications. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure functional requirements are met. Develop functional specifications for system modifications and enhancements. Conduct end-user training and ensure the client is self-sufficient in system usage. Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting. Assist in creating and updating system documentation. Stay up to date with the latest product developments and industry trends.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field. years of experience in a functional consulting role, preferably in logistics/supply chain/corporate governance/industrial engineering Strong understanding of ERP systems/CRM software/other relevant systems. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Any certifications specific to the role or industry, e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Mini 5 + years' experience in implementation with software solution or logistics/supply chain/corporate governance/industrial engineering industry. Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.). Experience with Oracle, SAP or System integration/Migrations.

Pay: Up to AED8,000.00 per month
