Immigration Sales Manager

to lead our sales team, drive business growth, and expand our client base.

Your responsibilities will be: Sales Strategy & Business Development

Knowledge about the

Schengen visa, Work Visa and Residence Permit Applications, to Canada, New Zealand and European Countries,

Must oversee all aspects of the Visa and Immigration Service, ensuring that the process runs smoothly. Interview all clients and deal with all applications face-to-face and by post to ensure that the client is suitable. Ensure that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct, preparing and checking all legal documents. Must prepare all fee quotes and any information required by clients, colleagues or authorities and sign them up You must maintain strong working relationships with all clients and colleagues. Develop and implement

effective sales strategies

to increase revenue. Identify

new business opportunities

and expand the client base. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends. Set

sales targets

and create action plans to achieve them.

Team Leadership & Training

Recruit, train, and manage a

high-performing sales team

. Motivate and coach team members to

achieve sales goals

. Monitor

sales performance

and provide regular feedback to improve efficiency.

Sales Operations & Reporting

Track and analyze

sales data, revenue, and customer trends

. Prepare and present

sales reports

to management. Ensure the

CRM system

is updated with accurate client information. Collaborate with

marketing and operations teams

to optimize lead generation and conversion.
