IMMIGRATION SALES MANAGER FEMALE WITH MIN 03 to 05 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN TEAM LEADER OR MANAGER ROLE IN IMMIGRATION INDUSTRY
• Work closely with the team, motivating and coaching them.
• Keeping up to date with new product lines.
• Reporting to the Operations Head.
• Manage day-to-day activities, prioritize, and make risk/impact assessments within existing processes and procedures.
• Ensure training and development plans are maintained for all team members.
• Use company methodology, team input, and own initiative to ensure attendance and retention targets are achieved.
• Manage the fair and consistent application of performance management and disciplinary measures as necessary.
• Complete and Exceed Monthly Team Targets assigned by the Operations Head.
• Evaluate and Support Each Sales Staff for exceeding the revenue in their monthly targets and support with closing deals.
•Support the Operations Manager to highlight operational risks and areas for improvement.
• Lead and inspire a team of sales agents to deliver excellent levels of individual/team performance and customer satisfaction.
• Support the Operations Manager to deliver business targets and objectives and create a performance-orientated culture.
• Keep up to date with any industry changes affecting the business and relay this knowledge back to the team.
• Plan, coordinate and achieve monthly individual target and for the branch with team members.
• Work with the management team to identify and deliver positive change and business efficiencies.
• Deliver the allocated part of the operation within agreed budgets, service levels, and business targets
• Escalate any appropriate problems to senior management.
• Support the Management to highlight operational risks and areas for improvement.
• Set clear team goals and KPIs.
• Delegate tasks and set project deadlines.
• Oversee day-to-day teams' operation and performance.
• Do regular performance evaluation.
• Create a healthy and motivating work environment and atmosphere.
• Develop a well designed and motivating evaluation program.
• Communicate with teams about their performance.
• Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
• Discover training needs and provide coaching whenever required.
• Listen to team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
• Plan and organize team-building activities.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
