We are seeking a motivated and experienced Female Immigration Sales Consultant or Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients navigate the immigration process.
Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and inquiries.
• Provide detailed information about immigration services and programs.
• Assess client needs and offer suitable immigration solutions.
• Maintain and update client databases.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Follow up with potential clients and ensure excellent customer service.
• Stay updated with immigration laws and regulations.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in immigration sales or telesales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of immigration processes and regulations is an advantage.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
