Key Responsibilities
- Conduct consultations with potential clients to understand their immigration needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and retain clients.
- Manage a pipeline of leads and follow up with prospective clients to close sales.
- Provide clients with accurate information about immigration processes, requirements, and timelines.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws and regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the immigration process.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Requirements
- At least one year proven sales experience, preferably in the related industry.
- Strong understanding of immigration processes and regulations is a plus.
- Baisc knowledge of how to prepare documents according to the checklist for Immigration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Fluency in [Arabic] is an advantage.
