Job Summary:

A Sales Consultant in the immigration industry is responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospective clients, and providing expert guidance on immigration services. The consultant will understand clients' immigration needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and assist in completing necessary applications. The role requires a deep understanding of immigration processes, exceptional communication skills, and a results-driven mindset to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, contact, and engage potential clients interested in immigration services (e.g., visas, permanent residency, work permits). Conduct consultations with clients to assess their immigration needs and goals. Explain the immigration processes, requirements, and timelines to clients in a clear, detailed manner. Recommend suitable immigration programs based on the client's profile and circumstances. Follow up with leads to ensure they receive timely, accurate information and support throughout the decision-making process. Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets by converting leads into clients. Collaborate with the legal and consulting teams to ensure accurate delivery of services. Prepare and deliver presentations on immigration services to individuals or groups. Maintain accurate client records, including communication history and follow-up actions, using CRM software. Stay updated on changes in immigration policies, regulations, and industry trends. Provide excellent customer service to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably within the immigration or related service industry. Strong understanding of immigration processes and programs (e.g., visa applications, permanent residency, work permits). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored immigration solutions. Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational and time management skills.
