The Visa Documentation Officer must be able to help the client for all documentation required throughout the process for various country applications.
You must take full responsibility for all processing, remaining up to date with any changes to legislation or employer concerns and requirements.
Knowledge about PR Invitation, Work Permit, and submission procedures.
Visa Documentation Officer must be able to offer information pertaining to immigration rules, help clients to obtain visa approvals, conduct surveillance of submitted documents, and handle other related concerns.
Prepare and file all the supporting documents required for obtaining a permanent residence, business visit, work permit visa towards Canada, Europe, USA, UK, etc.
Must ensure that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct while preparing and verifying all legal documents.
Be responsible for all aspects and stages of each case, ensuring positive outcomes are achieved while delivering an exceptional level of client service.
Would be responsible for filing & processing of PR-TR Visas and European visa process.
Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
Should be smart enough to work with customers without further escalations to higher management.
Excellent spoken English & Hindi is a must. Confident/ energetic and result-oriented personal.
Thorough knowledge of all Immigration Visa Processing for Europe and other countries.
Act as point of contact for complaints and handle any issues and provide solution to clients appropriately.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries without any complaints.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints tactically in productive manner assuring both the client and company standards and requirements.
Ability to handle and convince all client queries is mandatory under any situations.
Do you have strong experience in client handling and retainment with various clients with normal and aggressive nature?
Are you confident enough to work with clients from different nationalities without escalating the issue or concerns to higher authority and provide an appropriate solution as requires?
