- Conduct telesales outreach to individuals interested in immigration services.
- Guide potential clients through various immigration programs, ensuring a clear understanding of processes, requirements, and benefits.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely and accurate information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Stay updated on immigration laws, policies, and procedural changes.
- Proven experience as an Immigration Consultant, preferably with Telesale experience.
- In-depth knowledge of immigration programs, processes, and regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and telephony systems.
- Bachelor\'s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Certified Immigration Consultant designation is a plus.
