Job Responsibilities:

• Managing and responding to hot inbound leads via telephone and email.
• Responding to inquiries to the best of your abilities. Interview all clients and handle applications face-to-face and by post to ensure eligibility.
• Managing the entire lifecycle of the migration application process, acting as the first point of contact at any stage during the process for client or colleague queries and offering area expertise where necessary.
• Following up on leads while providing ongoing guidance and advice.
• Handling Permanent Residence Applications, Visit Visas, Student Visas, etc.
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Driving improvement and efficiencies within the company and identifying opportunities to meet the increasing needs of the company.
• Maintaining strong working relationships with all clients and colleagues.
• Meeting monthly targets with additional incentives and bonuses.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Filipino & English.
• Minimum secondary school education or diploma.
• Candidates fluent in ENGLISH preferred as the role requires interaction with ENGLISH -speaking clients most of the time.
• Prefer candidates with at least 1 year of sales experience.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced & collaborative environment.
• Quick thinking and resourceful to handle the volatile nature of the job.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
• Good planning and organizational skills.
• The company does not support any work pass application for the time being.

Additional:

• Tuesday to Sunday, full-time.
• High commission.
• No need to promote or seek new clients.
• High chances for internal job transfer and promotion.
