Job Responsibilities:

• Provide clients with expert guidance on immigration options, eligibility, and process timelines.
• Stay updated on immigration laws, regulations, and policy changes in key regions.
• Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and efficient follow-ups.
• Assist clients in compiling accurate documentation and ensuring all submissions meet legal requirements.
• Address client concerns or queries promptly, offering effective solutions and support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet company goals and enhance service quality.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in immigration consultancy or a related field (1-2 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of immigration processes and global visa requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work effectively under deadlines.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and client management tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelors .
