• Meeting with prospective and extant clients to gauge which services they require.
• Providing clients with all pertinent documentation.
• Assisting clients with the completion of paperwork, and ensuring that this is submitted on time.
• Helping clients to find appropriate destinations.
• Preparing and providing invoices for services.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the immigration services market.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their immigration needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
• Handle inquiries and provide information about our services, pricing, and processes.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize sales processes and contribute to team success.
• Stay updated on immigration policies, regulations, and industry trends to provide informed advice to clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the immigration or consultancy industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Knowledge of immigration policies and procedures is an advantage.
