Immigration Advisor (female Only)
Job Description
Samrat HR Consultancy is looking for a friendly and proactive Female Immigration Advisor with at least 1 year of experience to join our team. We need someone who can comfortably talk to clients, answer questions and guide them through the visa process with care and attention.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming calls and emails, and respond to client inquiries.
• Meet with clients (in person or by post) to check eligibility and assist them with applications.
• Guide clients through the entire application process and be their go-to contact.
• Follow up on leads and offer helpful advice.
• Process applications for different visas including Permanent Residency, Visit Visas and Student Visas.
• Build strong relationships with clients and provide a positive experience.
• Work toward monthly targets with chances for additional bonuses.
Who We are Looking For:
• At least 1 year of experience in immigration consulting or a similar role.
• Friendly with excellent communication and people skills.
• Comfortable in a sales-focused role and goal-driven.
• Able to work well under pressure.
• Works well in a team and values strong client relationships.
