IM (Instant Messaging) App Tester (Chinese Speaker)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IM App Tester to ensure the functionality, performance, and quality of our instant messaging applications. In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying issues, enhancing the user experience, and contributing to the success of our products.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough testing of IM applications to identify bugs, glitches, and usability issues.
• Create detailed reports of identified issues, including steps to reproduce and recommendations for resolution.
• Evaluate app features for functionality, performance, and user experience across various devices and platforms.
• Provide constructive feedback on app design and usability to improve user experience.
• Collaborate closely with the development team to address and resolve issues effectively.
• Assist with translating or localizing app content into Chinese when necessary.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Chinese and English (written and spoken) is required.
• Proven experience in testing IM apps or similar software.
• Strong understanding of app testing processes, tools, and reporting methods.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to document issues clearly and accurately.
• Familiarity with app functionality, user flows, and troubleshooting processes.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
