IM App Tester with Customer Support Skills (Chinese Speaker)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IM App Tester to ensure the functionality and quality of our instant messaging applications. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in identifying issues, improving user experience, and contributing to the overall success of our products.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough testing of IM applications to identify bugs, glitches, and usability issues.
• Create detailed reports of identified issues, including steps to reproduce and recommendations for resolution.
• Evaluate app features for functionality, performance, and user experience across different devices and platforms.
• Provide feedback on app design and usability to enhance the user experience.
• Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot issues when required.
• Collaborate with the development team to resolve issues efficiently.
• Assist with translating or localizing app content into Chinese, if necessary.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Chinese and English (written and spoken) is required.
• Proven experience in testing IM apps or similar software.
• Strong understanding of app testing processes, tools, and reporting methods.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to document issues clearly and accurately.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
• Familiarity with app functionality, user flows, and troubleshooting processes.
