Job Title: IELTS Trainer

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate IELTS Trainer to help students achieve their desired scores in the IELTS examination. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the English language, excellent teaching skills, and a proven track record of preparing students for IELTS.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting IELTS preparation classes, focusing on the four test modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.

Designing customized lesson plans and practice materials to address the unique needs of students.

Delivering engaging and interactive lessons to build student confidence and improve test performance.

Conducting mock tests and providing constructive feedback on performance.

Staying updated with the latest IELTS exam patterns, guidelines, resources and payments

Tracking and analyzing student progress and preparing reports as required.

Assisting students with test registration and providing tips for exam day.

Organizing group discussions, practice sessions, and one-on-one mentoring sessions as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field (preferred).

Certification in TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or equivalent (preferred).

Prior experience as an IELTS trainer or English language instructor.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and guide students.

Familiarity with online teaching tools and platforms (for virtual classes).

Patience, adaptability, and a results-oriented mind-set.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of other English proficiency exams (e.g., TOEFL, PTE) is a plus.

Experience in curriculum development or educational content creation.

Ability to handle diverse student groups and multicultural environments.

Salary and Benefits:

5000 AED per month
